Gary Cahill has been a key player for Chelsea this season

The feeling that we're coming for you in the Premier League would certainly be magnified if Tottenham were to dump Chelsea out of the FA Cup so it adds another dimension to Saturday's Wembley showdown.

Spurs, who have won their last eight games in all competitions, face league leaders Chelsea in Saturday's FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.

Antonio Conte should make five alterations to his side from the team that lost 2-0 to Manchester United in the Premier League. "They are four massive clubs, massive teams".

The Premier League title chase remains very much on, but even with Tottenham only trailing Chelsea by four points an FA Cup trophy seems much more realistic.

In those games, Palace and United played two up front to pressurize Chelsea's three-man backline.

That support suggests the team that has been the best in England for 4/5ths of the season will bounce back with gusto following a 2-0 defeat last weekend against Manchester United. We have improved - that is a reality.

With the first versus second placed teams in the Premiership gearing up for a classic FA Cup semifinal battle on April 22 at Wembley, it's Pochettino vs Conte, Kane/Dele/Eriksen vs Costa/Pedro/Hazard, and Spurs vs the Blues, two London teams whose players and fans are not fond of each other.

They could not fashion a chance on target, Eden Hazard barely got a sniff, N'Golo Kante lacked his usual influence and Diego Costa returned to the narky, irritable character of last season as his domestic goal drought now tallies six games. Alli has a knack of scoring in big games and with the likely absence of Son Heung-Min it will be down to him and Harry Kane to take up the primary goal scoring roles.

There's no doubt which of the two teams has the momentum.

It didn't get much better in the Europa League when they were held 2-2 by Gent in February.

"Since I came here, I have reached the semi-final but I've never had the chance to play the Final, so I hope this can be my first year to reach the Final and, why not, to win the competition".

Still, Pochettino is discounting form and making Chelsea the favorite. We need to be ready to play against one of the best sides in this League.

It is not hindsight because everyone except Birmingham's Hong Kong-based owner, Trillion Trophy Asia, said so at the time when the club was seventh after 21 games, outside the playoff places only on goal difference.

Anyway, it's nearly time to stop talking the talk and start walking the walk because the game isn't played in newspapers, or on Twitter and the Internet.
