Felipe Luis: 'Genius' Griezmann will stay at Atletico

Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, has said that he does not know if he will still be in charge of the club next season.

Madrid have enjoyed huge success under Zidane, winning the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup previous year, while they sit two points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand on champions Barcelona with just nine games remaining.

At a press conference ahead of Saturday's La Liga match at home to Atletico Madrid, the Frenchman conceded that, despite his success in the job, he could not say for sure whether he would be at the Santiago Bernabeu come August. "I'm not preparing anything". I love working with him because we have a very good relationship, we think the same way about the style of play, and he also gives me the feeling of being important. I'm ready for every eventuality. Each game that goes by he shows me it's not unusual that he has fought for the Ballon d'Or [coming third behind Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi], because he is a different player. And it will always be like that until my last day here as coach. However, with José Mourinho's side now sixth in the Premier League table, Griezmann's long-time adviser, Eric Olhats, has cast doubt on whether the player who has scored 58 goals in La Liga in the past three seasons and has a release clause of £86m (€100m) would consider moving to Old Trafford if they do not qualify for the Champions League.

"I had heard that Manchester United was done, was signed, but we don't even know if they'll play in the Champions League".

"We know that everything is up for grabs in the final stages". So much so that in the same campaign in which he took the reins of the team, we managed to win the Champions League.
