Juventus beat Barcelona 3-0 in Turin last week in the first leg of the Champions League quarter finals.
Barca came back from a similarly bleak position in the last round against Paris Saint-Germain, however, and Pique insists that the Catalan giants have nothing to lose, stating a good performance will set them up perfectly for the upcoming Clasico against Real Madrid.
Bearing that in mind, Enrique says the aim for Barcelona is five goals to counteract a Juve away goal.
Saturday night's win at home against Real Sociedad in La Liga gave a ideal example of Barcelona's recent problems: although Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez were able to torment their rivals in attack, there were moments when Barcelona's midfield went missing in action allowing the Real Sociedad players to expose a shaky defence. 3-0 will take it to extra-time, 4-0 would be ideal, but just one Juve goal would leave Barca needing five.
Sergio Busquets returns for this one after serving a one game suspension in the Champions League. However, Lionel Messi quickly cancelled out the Italians' advantage with two sensational first-half strikes before David Villa and Jordi Alba completed the comeback. "If we overcome Barca, and I hope we do, then I think we'll be eliminating the best team in the world".
"With each game, however, we're getting closer and closer to that sixth straight Scudetto we all want so much. I am convinced they know we can cause them problems", said Iniesta.
Barca scored three times in the final two minutes plus stoppage time as PSG lost control of the match in a grandstand finish last month.
Paulo Dybala limped off during the 2-0 win at Pescara on Saturday in Serie A but the diminutive Argentine will be available for this second leg.
Juventus are destined to win the Champions League and Barcelona will not be able to prevent the Serie A champions' march to Cardiff.
In January, Juventus travelled to Florence to take on a Fiorentina side unbeaten at home, and they too were defeated. "We need to score early but be patient and ensure we don't concede, whilst converting any opportunities that come our way".
