Disney and Lucasfilm have released the first trailer for the new Start Wars: The Last Jedi movie and you can see the trailer below. The game will now feature a single-player campaign mode, where players will take on the protagonist Iden Versio, who is in charge of an Imperial Unit, the Inferno Squad.
Battlefront 2 also adds new characters from other Star Wars films into the mix, as we see glimpses of Kylo Ren, Darth Maul, Yoda and Rey. "We just don't know yet", Kennedy told Fandango magazine. "How we address that and how you feel about it and what happens with that is one of them".
EA has stopped short of saying that DLC will be free, explaining that live service plans will be revealed in due course.
Star Wars: Battlefront 2 will be launching on 17th November 2017, with EA Access and Origin Access subscribers able to play the game via Play First Trials on 9th November. EA is now trialling a similar feature with Battlefield 1.
Johnson, on his talk with Good Morning America, has clarified that the title "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" is singular - despite all the debate suggesting otherwise. For this type of game, season passes are not the best thing.
Many fans of "Star Wars" have debated whether "The Last Jedi" is singular or plural, when it was officially announced.
