Abilene Zoo to host Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

Upper Valley communities plan to hold Easter Egg Hunts on Saturday, April 15, in their respective towns.
The egg hunt will be at 11 a.m. Saturday. All egg hunts start at 10:30 a.m.
The Midian Shrine Easter Egg Hunt is 10 a.m.to noon April 15 at Orchard Park Recreation Center. This free event features GMOs and watering systems, heirlooms and hybrids. Activities begin at 1 p.m. for small children, ages three and four.
This hunt, all ears as visually impaired children search for the eggs making a beeping noise.
The Living Desert is throwing a colossal egg hunt on Saturday, April 15, should you be holidaying out at the desert resorts. But that year, Easter Monday was marked by pouring rain, keeping children inside during the egg roll in any case.
All eggs were filled with candy and some even had money and prizes inside of them.
At SM, Toy Kingdom and Snack Exchange has eggs-traordinary and incredible toys and treats, gifts, and surprises for kids of all ages.
For those who would rather buy freshly made Easter treats, there are plenty of chocolate and pastry shops offering some delectable bunny-themed goods. In addition to the egg hunt, the event included snacks, prizes, goodie bags, raffles and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
It's $10 for kids to hunt and $5 for parents to join. However, seeing the smiles on the faces of the 11 visually impaired children who participated in the event, was worth its weight in gold.
