Star Wars stars Ridley, Boyega reminisce moments with the late Carrie Fisher

It has already been confirmed that General Leia will appear in Episode IX, reportedly utilising scenes filmed for The Last Jedi. Is Luke Skywalker throwing in the towel?

No, that buzz was thanks to Disney, which dropped the official trailer for "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" on YouTube and Facebook and Twitter. Well, well Luke may be pushing her harder than he was ever pushed, harder than any Jedi has ever been pushed, either to make her as strong as possible or put her off entirely.

"I'd been eating really healthy and clean, working out all the time, and I just wanted a chocolate bar, " Boyega said.

Perhaps Luke lost faith after he trained a new generation of Jedi, including his nephew, Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), only to lose them to the Dark Side. I led them into battle against an evil so awful it tried to black out the stars.

While the trailer might have given fans a peek at the new film, it's also left them with more questions than answers. The two main ones being a massive space battle and a group of speeders barreling towards a group of, what looks to be, First Order walkers.

Season 4 in now in production and promises a new batch of excitement and revelation as the series draws closer to the events of Star Wars: A New Hope.

The trailer finally gives Mark Hamill's Luke Skywalker some lines after his wordless appearance in Episode VII.

The last part of the trailer is the bit that got me the most excited and it's something you'll miss if you're not paying much attention.

"The Last Jedi" is due in theaters December 15.
