Jurgen Klopp's team, who came from behind to beat Stoke City 2-1 at the weekend, have now won the most points from losing positions in the Premier League this season.
While Reds boss Jurgen Klopp will no doubt be concerned with his striker's ability to accumulate needless yellows, surely his booking against Stoke was worth it - if only for the jubilant reaction of the away support.
The Reds finally managed to win a game without Sadio Mane in the side, thanks to goals from Brazilian duo Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino.
And Coutinho levelled in the second half with a close-range finish before Liverpool sealed three points when Roberto Firmino fired past Stoke goalkeeper Lee Grant from outside the area.
"I did not expect Liverpool to fight back and win on Saturday". Hurry, offer ends soon.
"[The club] asked me to stay at home because I was not feeling well but I wanted to be here".
"I wanted to be involved with the team. The manager decided [to put him on the bench] because I was not 100 percent". The team played well, created more chances and then we scored but I think the team played well not just individuals.
"Of course. It was a big win".
But Coutinho went on to overtake Juninho as the highest-scoring Brazilian in the Premier League era with 30 goals.
"It is about making sure Liverpool gets in the Champions League because that is where we belong".
What's more, since joining Liverpool in 2015, he's been booked three times for excessive celebration in the top flight, which again is more than any other player.
