Baloch leaders condemn Pakistan over Kulbhushan Jadhav's death sentence

"All our requests for consular access have been denied". He further affirmed that Pakistan had not provided any details of Jadhav and have neither disclosed his location. National Security Adviser and former Army general Nasser Khan Janjua, too, said India and Pakistan "cannot be enemies forever and must engage in dialogue to resolve disputes".
India has not received any report from the Iranian government on this issue even through they said they were conducting an investigation into the matter past year.
The resonating similar sentiment, another BJP leader Shaina NC said it was ironical that Nawaz Sharif talked about a peace-loving country when Pakistan is giving conviction to a person who is falsely implicated in an espionage case.
"We had also informed the government of Iran As Jadhav was residing in Iran and had operating his business in a legal manner,"he said".
The death sentence awarded to Jadhav by a Pakistani military court after declaring him a spy echoed in both Houses of Parliament where all parties came together to condemn the "indefensible" verdict and pressed the government to take every step to help him.
The ties between the neighbours are at their lowest in several years following a string of militant attacks on defence installations in India, which New Delhi blames on Pakistan-based groups.
A press statement issued by the army spokesperson said that Jadhav had "confessed before a magistrate and the court that he was tasked by RAW" to sabotage the CPEC projects being built with the Chinese assistance.
Earlier, Swaraj warned Islamabad of consequences in bilateral relations if Jadhav's death sentence is carried out.

To put any condition on consular access is to deny consular access.
