United Kingdom foreign minister cancels planned visit to Moscow over Syria's

On President Donald Trump's order, the USA launched the strike on the Syrian airfield in response to an alleged chemical weapons attack in the town of Khan Sheikhun in Idlib province earlier this week.

"Finally, after six years, President Trump made a real red line to Bashar al-Assad", Mostafa Hassoun, who has lived in the US since 2015, said Saturday.

"We deplore Russia's continued defence of the Assad regime even after the chemical weapons attack on innocent civilians".

"This man who is now in office in America claimed that he wanted to fight terrorism but today all terrorists in Syria are celebrating the U.S. attack", Rouhani said in a speech aired by state television.

"[Russian President Vladimir Putin] views the US strikes on Syria as aggression against a sovereign state in violation of the norms of worldwide law and on a made-up pretext.", said Dmitry Peskov, a Kremlin spokesman, according to the Independent.

Writing for the Sunday Times, Mr Fallon claimed Putin "needs to enforce commitments, to dismantle Assad's chemical weapons arsenal for good, and to get fully engaged with the United Nations peacekeeping progress".

Elsewhere, the president said that more coordination among Iran, Syria and Russian Federation can be very effective in fighting terrorism.

"I think the president has authorization to use force", he said. "If we would want to appeal rationally to Russia", McMaster said. "It is necessary to make it absolutely clear that such United States military action is unacceptable to us", the spokeswoman added.

McMaster continued, insinuating that he believed Russian Federation had to be knowledgeable of Syria's plan to launch a chemical attack.

"Assad choked out the lives of helpless men, women and children", Trump said.

"This man who is now in office in America claimed that he wanted to fight terrorism but today all terrorists in Syria are celebrating the USA attack", Rouhani said in a speech aired by state television.

Rouhani said, "Using chemical weapons, which is an unforgivable crime, was to divert the public opinion from the realities".

"We're hopeful that we can prevent a continuation of the civil war and that we can bring the parties to the table to begin the process of political discussions" between the Assad government and various rebel groups.

"Assad's principal backer is Russian Federation".

Russian Federation and Iran have issued a warning to the U.S. as G7 foreign ministers prepared to meet in Italy to discuss Syria.

In a significant shift from the White House's stance on the Syrian president - just a week ago the Trump administration acknowledged the "political reality" of Assad remaining in power - Ms Haley said that Mr Assad must go.

McMaster spoke on "Fox News Sunday", Tillerson appeared on ABC's "This Week" and CBS' "Face the Nation," and Haley was on NBC's "Meet the Press" and CNN's "State of the Union".
