Putin misattributed the infamous "read my lips" quote by George H.W. Bush to deny Russian interference in the US election, and he denounced those allegations as "lies", reported CNBC.

At the Archangel forum, Putin said he will meet with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, who has scheduled a trip to Moscow in early April.
