Missing NSW teens and baby found

A 15-year-old girl is believed to have abducted her three-day-old baby from an Australian hospital with the help of her 14-year-old boyfriend.

Jayden Lavender, 14, and Jenifer Morrison, 15, left Nepean hospital with their baby girl Aria just after midnight, without being discharged.

Police hold concerns for the welfare of all three.

At about 4.15pm, the trio were found safe and well in a park in Willmot, about 12 kilometres from the hospital.

Nepean Hospital said it had immediately notified police when it was discovered the mother and child had not been discharged.

Det Insp Healey said it wasn't known why the two had left the hospital, but CCTV footage revealed they had baby clothes with them. He was unable to say why the young parents may have taken their baby. He's believed to be wearing a black and white hooded jumper. She was last seen wearing a white hooded, grey tracksuit trousers and "Ugg" boots. Morrison has long brown hair and was last seen wearing a white hoodie, grey tracksuit trousers and Ugg boots.

"To Jenifer and Jayden, the two parents, you're not in trouble". They have links to the state's Central Coast and Mount Druitt areas.

Anyone with information has been urged to contact triple zero immediately.
