WWE purposely is not referring to this as a "draft" as that would theoretically mean every superstar was available, though WWE could have simply allowed each roster a number of keepers. CBS Sports has also announced a little bit more regarding what is actually known.
The "Superstar Shake-Up" will take place on the next episode of "Monday Night Raw" that will air on April 10.
Will AJ take his new attitude with him over to WWE RAW?
The moves that can be made with superstars will include, but not be limited to, trades and deals.
That is all about to change. The show of respect could signify a change in direction for Styles as he prepares to possibly become one of the stars moved to Monday Nights. The Heavy also states that there could be some benefit to moving Reigns, though, as John Cena is taking some time away after his recent engagement to Nikki Bella.
Styles ended the segment by saying that he came down to the ring for a reason, and that was to shake Shane McMahon's hand.
Given his still enormous star power, John Cena is always a candidate to be moved, especially if the folks at the WWE feel that he once again deserves the big stage provided by "Monday Night Raw".
This decision to trade The New Day does make a lot of sense. There wasn't even a Tag Team Championship match at WrestleMania, making that the only title that was not defended during the biggest show of the year.
Speaking of tag teams, The Revival made their debut on Raw to face off against The New Day.
One more interesting move that has been thrown out there is swapping former Women's Champions with Alexa Bliss going to Raw and Charlotte Flair heading to SmackDown.
