Shadab stars in Pak's nerve-wracking win over Windies in second T20

Pakistan will be looking to clinch the Twenty20 series against West Indies as the two sides face each other in the third T20 at Port of Spain on Saturday night, Samaa reported.

Live cricket score, West Indies vs Pakistan, 3rd T20: Pakistan lead the four-match T20 series 2-0.

Grant Elliott, who smashed a six off South Africa paceman Dale Steyn to put New Zealand into their maiden World Cup final in 2015, has confirmed his retirement from worldwide cricket after signing a deal to play in England's Twenty20 competition.

Pakistani all-rounder Shoaib Malik was also all praise for Shadab saying "I must appreciate and praise Shadab for the way he has been conducting himself, and taking wickets".

Shehzad was was taken off the field in an ambulance in a neck brace with fears of concussion. "Obviously we all know, if you're playing against West Indies, you have to keep taking wickets". They have gone 0-2 down in a four-match T20I series and have to win Saturday's match to stay alive. In a SWOT analysis of the team's performance so far, Malik picked out their fielding as an improvement and their batting in the Powerplay as needing work.

With the losses coming fast and furious, even the most die-hard supporter might think twice about handing over hard-earned money to see the Windies in the flesh and that was confirmed with the number of empty seats at the Oval for the first game on the public holiday on Thursday, when the venue was less than half full. "I think we're going to sit and talk about it and we will come up with something", he said.
