The committee is expected to vote on his nomination on April 3, which would send it to the Senate floor for debate and a full vote by mid April. He has great respect for the Constitution.

Gorsuch has largely cruised through his confirmation hearings this week and has been given a "well qualified" rating by the American Bar Association, which historically has favored Democratic nominees.
Lee said Gorsuch handled the fire well.

The Supreme Court's unanimous (8-0) rejection of Judge Gorsuch's standard makes his nomination that much more concerning. Elizabeth Warren and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, who called on fellow Democrats to filibuster his nomination. Democrats should save the filibuster for another time.

Udall has said he would not support any Supreme Court nominee who would support overturning Roe v. Wade, the landmark case which legalized abortion. "This is the rule and this has been the historical practice". All they'll do is slow Gorsuch's confirmation, and prove that both parties are capable of ideological warfare over Supreme Court nominations.
