According to showbiz publication Us Weekly, the duo called it quits after almost two months of dating, with a source saying that their relationship "died down a bit" when he headed on his European tour.
His very first song, "Free Smoke", mentions his ex by the name.
Later in the 22-song release, the song "Teenage Fever" uses a remixed sample of Lopez's 1999 hit single "If You Had My Love". The rapper suggests that he sends her messages while under the influence, but they don't go through because she's changed her number.
Jennifer Lopez may have deleted that Instagram photo of her cuddling with new (ish) boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, but she didn't seem to have an issue with the retired baseball player's sister posting stuff with her.
Drake is still thinking about Jennifer Lopez. Lopez started dating Smart, her former backup dancer, in 2011 and continued with an on-and-off relationship until 2016.
A third song, "Get it Together", was rumored to include Lopez after a video of the two dancing together with their voices mixed on the track leaked online.
The duo was said to be dating after they were seen getting cosy with each other with series of photographs on social media.
Inside sources told reporters that the relationship "died down a bit" after he headed overseas for the European leg of his Boy Meets World tour. News just last week, "Jennifer and Alex are heating up big time". The female singer has been hanging around star athlete Alex Rodriguez for the past few weeks.
It does not seem like Jennifer Lopez is missing Drake in the slightest.
"Simply sweet!" she captioned another pic with the singer.
