Biden says if he'd run for president he could have won

Former US Vice President Joe Biden will join Democrat leaders at on Wednesday in a rally to save Obamacare, a day before House Republicans vote to dismantle the health law, a media report said.

During a speech at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, Biden said he only needed to secure the Democratic Party's nomination in order to win.

Biden spoke at Colgate University on Friday in NY and said that while he knew not becoming a candidate was the best decision for his family, he regrets not becoming president.

But, Biden acknowledged that in light of the death of his son Beau, he does not regret not running for president at the time.

Biden made the headlines again last October, when he invited Trump to a high school-style fight.
