Two Immigrant Teens Rape 14-Year-Old Girl

The calls and emails came after police said two students, 18-year-old Henry Sanchez-Milian and 17-year-old Jose Montano, had been arrested and charged as adults with first-degree rape.

"The victim was walking in a school hallway when she met two male students, identified as Montano and Sanchez".

The police report of the incident is so graphic that it can not be printed in full, but the facts are these: Henry Sanchez, 18, a Guatemala native who has a pending "alien removal" case against him, and 17-year-old Jose Montano, who came to America from El Salvador eight months ago, have been charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offenses.

The probable cause document describes the assault in extremely graphic detail, recounting how the alleged victim grabbed onto a sink to avoid being forced into a stall, but the two suspects shoved her inside.

When Montgomery County Police arrested Montano, 17, and Sanchez Milan, 18, on March 16, it was not the first time the two had come into contact with USA authorities. They were ticketed for deportation, but after being detained in federal custody, both were handed over to the Office for Refugee Resettlement and allowed to join relatives in Maryland. "The safety and security of every student in our district is our top priority and a responsibility that we do not take lightly", he added.

Just stop. After you've had a brutal rape in your school during the school day, you can't say that your schools are safe anymore.

But prosecutors last week cited injuries suffered by the victim as being evidence of a "most serious" sexual assault, according to the Post. He pushed back hard against questions that Democratic county leaders had somehow "coddled" or encourage illegal immigration in the county through policies sympathetic with a "sanctuary city".

The Montgomery County school system has beefed up police presence after receiving hundreds of racist and xenophobic calls, officials say. One of the suspects then asked the victim to engage in sex. As White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer put it, "part of the reason the president has made illegal immigration and [a] crackdown such a big deal is because of tragedies like this".

After Sanchez-Milian's arrest, ICE issued an immigration detainer, an order to local law enforcement to hold a suspect for a pending immigration review.

Rockville, Maryland, the city home to the recent immigrant high school rape scandal, is considering declaring itself a sanctuary city.

On that point, however, Montgomery County Police Capt. James Humphries called the White House's narrative into question. One hears that argument invoked often in debates over transgender individuals and which bathroom they can use.

Sanchez-Milian is from Guatemala and was captured by border patrol agents in August of 2016 at Rio Valley Grande, Texas.

Conditions are so dire that Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, a Republican, said to all parents in his state that their children are potentially at risk. Sanchez-Milian is scheduled to appear in front of the magistrates on the 14 of April.

During conversations with the border control, Sanchez Milian provided the name of a family member living in Maryland, Bourke said.
