What makes the cancellation even more upsetting for the Dutch fans is that the concert had already been postponed twice before.
Drake postponed his concert in Amsterdam Monday (March 27) night due to illness, disappointing fans who had already shown up to the Ziggo Dome.
Drake was reportedly advised by his doctor against performing.
'Drake got sick. His doctors told him not to perform, ' the woman says as some in the crowd boo and hurl drinks cans at the stage. This is the third Amsterdam show he canceled, NU.nl reports. Though others cut their losses, realised they'll probably never get to capture Drake from a distance on their phones, and so recorded the postponement announcement instead.
His performances on 20 and 21 January were initially moved to 26 and 27 January.
But some fans who travelled from the United Kingdom to the Netherlands to see Drake weren't happy. The concert has been rescheduled for 29 March, which is when the tour will end but Drake also has a show to perform at the Ziggo Dome on 28 March.
Drake is now in the Netherland's capital wrapping up his Boy Meets World European tour in support of his 2016 album "Views" and more recently, his new playlist "More Life".
Fans were told Monday's gig would be rescheduled for Wednesday night. The two Amsterdam shows that were suppose to happen that month were pushed back due to "unforeseen production setbacks".
