A Judge Throws Out Phaedra Parks' Divorce From Apollo Nida

A judge tells Phaedra Parks to pump her breaks.

TMZ is reporting the divorce judgement was tossed out because the judge felt it was unfair to Apollo and was also troubled that Phaedra purposefully used fake names on the documents. In addition, it was noted that Apollo was not informed of the final hearing or served with docs notifying him the divorce was final.

Many are calling it her latest dig at Parks, and it comes after Almufti called "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star a hypocrite.

"Regardless, Phaedra is reviewing her options with her attorney to determine the most efficient path toward ending this marriage so she can move forward and focus on raising strong, healthy and happy children". The site also mentions that Apollo will be seeking joint legal custody of their sons, Dylan and Ayden.

According to Radar Online, his new fiancée will be included in segments for RHOA's next season and she has an eight-year-old daughter with ex-husband Derrick Copes.

Nida, 38, is now serving an eight-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to bank fraud and identity theft in May 2014.

Sherien Almufti posted an Instagram photo of her holding a bagel with her left hand and on her ring finger is an oval-shaped diamond ring in a gold setting.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" is a hotbed of drama, but it's what's happening off-screen that's making headlines now.
