Pakistan put West Indies into bat in first T20

Both head coach Mickey Arthur and bowling coach Azhar Mahmood seemed active with players in training sessions and gave useful tips to the cricketers.
During the tour of England in 2010, three players - then captain Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Aamir - were found involved in spot-fixing and banned for five-years. As the team has freshly landed in the Caribbean from the Pakistan Premier League, Sarfraz Ahmed feels the team is very well prepared to face the opponents in the series. "The way he has been scoring runs continuously over the last two years is outstanding. It's good to have top performers coming through, this event is helping us unearth talent", said the limited overs captain.
Pakistan skipper Sarfraz Ahmed believes their form from the recent Pakistan Super League will aid his side against West Indies.
World champions West Indies only managed to get into three figures thanks to an unbeaten 34 from captain Carlos Brathwaite.
The first One-day International West Indies vs Pakistan in this series will be played on April 7th at Guyana National Stadium, second ODI on April 9 and the third will be on April 11.
"It's an important series...", said Sarfraz. "It's a good thing for us that these boys can easily adjust in these conditions", he said.
Teenage leg-spinner Shadab Khan captured three vital wickets on his global debut as West Indies were restricted to 111 for eight here at the Kensington Oval on Sunday night.
