KTR appreciates Katamarayudu, Pawan thanks him

K T Rama Rao and Ram Charan have been seen together often, but the same can't be said about the Minister with Pawan Kalyan. The rest of the cast that also includes the gorgeous & talented Shruti Haasan as Pawan Kalyan's love interest, has been proactive in creating buzz for the movie and it seems to be working.

Earlier today, Telangana Minister KTR watched a special screening of Pawan Kalyan's Katamarayudu in Hyderabad. People overseas at the United States of America as well as United Kingdom seem to have been affected by the Pawan Kalyan mania.

Both brothers had fell apart three years ago when Pawan Kalyan's "Attarintiki Daredi" was leaked online and several patch up attempts ended in Pawan Kalyan modestly congratulating his brother's return to films with tweets in January this year. According to media reports, the film has earned Rs 30 crore from the worldwide ticket sales on its second day as against its opening day collection, which was pegged at Rs 55 crore. The film was expected to have a dream run at the box office without any major challenges for at least two weeks.

"Telugu film industry analyst Ramesh Bala has tweeted: "#KatamaRayudu rocks AP/TG Box office. Directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani and produced by Sharrath Marar, the action-entertainer is a remake of 2014 Thala Ajith's Tamil film Veeram. Collects a share of ₹ 22.27 Crs / Gross ₹ 28.1 Crs for Day 1.
