There will be a handful of new face emoji, like one that's shushing and another that has one eyebrow raised.
A set of 69 new emojis are being considered for release this June from Unicode-the association responsible for choosing all new emojis.
What do you think of these 69 new emoji coming with iOS 11?
This is the first time they've been accurately visualised, however, with the authority of all things emoji, Emojipedia, creating mock ups of the inbound additions. It's important to note that these are not official images yet, and the emoji may undergo significant changes before they are debuted.
However, some of the new additions are probably not needed.
Whilst the emojis look perfectly ready to be installed and used on our iPhone's right now, they're only at the candidate stage and may not be included in the final update at all.
The new emojis should be available on all phones from "mid 2017", according to emojipedia.
As well as people-oriented emoji such as vampires, elves, genies, and zombies, Emoji 5.0 includes many random objects such as a brain, a coat, a dumpling, and a flying saucer. The proposed emojis also include more inclusive options like a woman wearing a head scarf, an elderly person and a breastfeeding woman.
