Jay Glazer, the host of NFL Insider on Fox Sports, first reported the news that the jersey had been discovered on his Twitter account early Monday. When he returned, the jersey was missing.
Law enforcement officials, including the Texas Rangers and the Houston Police Department's Major Offenders squad assisted in the investigation with the NFL.
The lesson here is that the sometimes the little guy wins.
"Breaking: FOX Sports has learned the FBI & NFL Security believe they have located Tom Brady's stolen Super Bowl jersey & in process of returning to Patriots".
Brady's Super Bowl jersey became a hot topic of discussion following the Patriots' 34-28 overtime victory over the Atlanta Falcons.
The Patriots' 25-point comeback over the Falcons on February 5 gave Brady an NFL-record five Super Bowl wins as a starting quarterback.
The league believes the jersey was swiped by someone posing as foreign media, who had access to the locker room after the game.
