Sony surprised half the world during MWC 2017 presenting one of the best smartphones of the firm in a long time, the Xperia XZ Premium.
The Sony Xperia L1 is a 5.5-inch handset with a HD (720p) display. The imaging arrangements on the Xperia L1 includes a 13-Megapixel primary sensor with f2.2 aperture and a 5-Megapixel front-facing camera with 24mm wide-angle lens also with f2.2 aperture.
On the connectivity front, the Xperia L1 has dual SIM support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.2 with aptX, NFC, A-GPS, GLONASS, and USB Type-C. Expect the Xperia L1 to be released soon in the UAE.
As of now, there has been no mention regarding the price of the Xperia L1, but according to AndroidHeadlines, the smartphone is expected to launch in select markets including Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, North America and Latin America in April. It has 2GB RAM, 16GB of internal storage and an expandable to up to 256GB via the micro SD card slot. A "smart cleaner" feature has also been included, which removes any cached or background data which may slow the performance of the phone. To give you an example, it can automatically set the device to "Do not disturb" and lower display brightness at night. The new device is being offered in Black, White, and Pink colour options.
