Jake Gyllenhaal: Political situation in United States more frightening than my new film

It all went down when GMA co-host George Stephanopoulos began reading through a few of Reynolds' LOL-worthy tweets about parenting. It gets very competitive between the two!

Continuing to praise the 36-year-old Oscar nominee, Reynolds noted, "He's definitely one of my favorites, and at the same time he's one of the kindest guys I've ever met".

During a sit-down with Good Morning America Thursday, Ryan Reynolds joked that he isn't exactly a fan of flying with his and Blake Lively's two children, James, 2, and a 5-month-old little girl. "We're hanging out all the time", he revealed.

"I don't know if I have the same paranoia about some sort of creature from another planet, I am a little bit more terrified about the things that are happening on Earth right now, that somehow some sort of alien creature has come into play".

Meanwhile, Jake recently gushed about how much he thinks Ryan is a "wonderful" man.

Despite Ryan's assertions, we're willing to bet that Jake can't make a rosette apple pie, pear caramel upside-down cake, or a Beyoncé-themed sparkling Bey-hive cake as good as Blake does.

"Before I had kids, I was always like, 'God, that's hard.' You can see [the parents are] sweating and they're nervous because their kids are yelling and everyone's mad at them".

Until you get on a plane that is. "I think absolutely, there is no doubt in my mind - whether or not they're friendly or already here - I think there's a lot left to explore". "We live near each other", he shared.

He even said his wife, actress Blake Lively, 29, may have some stiff competition from the Nocturnal Animals actor.

After listening to them being read out, Reynolds said: "I'm going to hell", to which one of the presenters replied: "No, you say what people think is amusing".
