The Guess and Gc Connect smartwatches will be available later this year. The 41mm case size variant is sleeker and would garner female buyers while the 44mm case size is sturdier and hence best suited for male customers. The 41mm case also features clear crystals around its bezel and rose gold, silver, and gold color options.
Guess isn't really spilling any other spec details about its Connect smartwatches, nor are they talking price or a concrete launch date. The Guess Connect Android Wear smartwatch comes in two sizes and runs on a Qualcomm processor. This makes literally no sense as the device is launching with Android Wear 2.0 which specializes in supporting these specific functions. And as they are Android Wear 2.0 enabled, the Gc Connect line will work with Android and iOS smartphones. These apps include fitness apps as well. The report tells us the Quartz doesn't come with NFC onboard, which means no Android Pay functionality just like in the case of the LG Watch Style. It was among the first few fashion brands who ventured into the fashion wearable arena. Until then, based on what you see here, would you buy a Quartz? This time, Guess is working with Google and Qualcomm, and the result looks considerably smarter.
The new Guess Connect watches look be a total revamp of the original Guess Connect smartwatch, which was a hybrid watch designed as part of Guess's partnership with watchmaker Martian.
