'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' continues to rule, racing towards 100 crore mark

Varun Dhawan - Alia Bhatt starrer "Badrinath Ki Dulhania" is now in its second week.

Badrinath Ki Dulhania opened to a good response and collected Rs 73.66 crore nett at the Indian box office in the first week.

The movie's business declined as it entered second week.

Varun and Alia's third collaboration for a Hindi cinema has influenced a major chunk of audiences who were eagerly awaiting to see the pair of superstars together on big screen.

The film fetched Rs 4.21 crore on Friday, Rs 5.90 crore on Saturday and Rs 7.45 crore on Sunday making Rs 17.56 crore its the second weekend collection. First SUPER HIT of 2017... This includes Rs 30 crore as its cost of production and Rs 10-15 crore for promotions and advertisements. The Hollywood flick minted Rs 6.67 crore and the latter collected Rs 1.44 crore.
