The Nintendo Switch is expected to be launched this coming Friday, a new game console that is expected to take the gaming world by storm.
In past years, Nintendo has scored hits with traditional home consoles, such as the Nintendo 64 or GameCube, and portable devices likes GameBoy and the DS handheld.
Here are five things you should know, so you're switched on about the news.
"Switch is probably one of the most important consoles for Nintendo in the past decades", said Serkan Toto, a Tokyo-based games industry consultant.
It is now unknown who first made a decision to lick a Nintendo Switch cartridge. The game also supports multi-player mode, so you can invite your friends and go for a one-on-one battle.
Nintendo has not yet revealed internal sales projections for the Switch, though it will be shipping two million units worldwide in the month of March to retailers. They can also be used divided, with one in each hand, or together while attached to the Switch or to an included grip that turns them into a game controller.
But the ultimate success of the Switch will depend not on its portability or its peripherals.
Except for Domino's, who instead tried to awkwardly use the launch of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild to sell their own pizza.
Plus there are accessories that will cost extra - like additional controllers or spare docks.
Among the coming game titles for the Nintendo Switch included "Steamworld Dig 2", "Runner 3", and "Shakedown Hawaii", according to Game Spot.
