Google announces three new Daydream VR games coming soon to Play Store

Google is trying to promote its VR headset the Daydream quite rampantly it seems. Developed by Ubisoft Montpellier in collaboration with Bucharest, specifically for virtual reality, the mobile game is based on the Rabbids franchise, which has sold more than 14 million video games worldwide, and are regularly featured in a television show that airs in more than 110 countries.

Virtual Virtual Reality by Tender Claws is a game in which you get to try various VR headsets. The game is developed by a joint-venture between Ubisoft and the original creators of Rabbids.

As the Games Developer Conference runs in San Francisco, Google has taken to their blog to announce that it has more titles are on the way to join the gaming lineup on Daydream.

Google revealed that not one or two, but three new titles would be released soon exclusively for the Daydream VR.

It will allow players to interact with the amusing creatures in the game known as Rabbids and would feature adventure and humorous activities. It is described as a co-op village game that brings you together with other players so that you cannot only form new friendships but also build a prosperous society.

The game is touted to be a co-op experience where players have to build and maintain a village.

"Indies have always been a key pillar of Google Play, and we're excited to see that continue on Daydream", states the company's blog regarding the game. Using the Daydream controller, you'll help your pal safely navigate treacherous 3D puzzles.

The next game on the list is called Beartopia and was developed by Spry Fox. However, to help celebrate GDC in the meantime, Google has selected some of the top Daydream games will be on sale for a week starting on March 1.

Ubisoft doesn't have a specific release date at this time, but the game will be available to purchase this spring for the Google Daydream.
