Moto G5 and G5 Plus Smartphones got Unveiled

Motorola has not one but two new Android smartphones for MWC 2017, the Moto G5 and the Moto G5 Plus. These new smartphone is Moto's new G series always set new standard in the medium range of smartphones and this time these phones come with new design and better specifications. It has a 5.2-inch LCD and Gorilla Glass 3, albeit running at the same 1080p resolution.
Meanwhile, the Moto G5 has a 5-inch display, and the processor under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset.
Soon after the Moto G4 Plus was unveiled a year ago, it became one of the most popular phablets on the market thanks to its low price and solid features.
Moreover, both phones come with the Google Assistant, a feature previously exclusive to Google's Pixel and Pixel XL. The Moto G5 was announced with 2GB/4GB RAM in 16GB or 32GB flavours. The 3GB RAM/32GB storage version of the Moto G5 Plus will cost around $295.
Both the smartphones feature fingerprint scanners at the front underneath the Home Button.
The Moto G5 Plus (below), naturally, packs a larger 3,000mAh battery TurboPower charging, giving you up to six hours of battery life in just 15 minutes.
The Motorola Moto G5 Plus has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 635 chip, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and microSD support for storage expansion.
The Moto G5 and G5 Plus will be released in March. In terms of picture taking purposes the device delivers a 13MP camera with a variety of advanced software such as phase detection autofocus (PDAF), a feature that enables fast focus for sharper photos. With 16 GB storage, it features an impressive 13 MP camera with f/2.0 aperture in the rear and a 5 MP camera in the front. It is also splash proof with the water repellent coating.
The company hasn't revealed the price at which it will launch the Moto G5 Plus and we also don't know if we will witness the launch of its younger sibbling, the Moto G5, at the event. It offers the same connectivity options as seen on the above mentioned Moto G5.
Lenovo Owned Motorola will launch Moto G5 Plus in India on March 15th. Also, the duo runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. As for the all-important spec sheet, let's start with the Moto G5. The Moto G5 will kick off at €199 (Motorola says it doesn't intend to bring it to the United States, at least at this stage); the Moto G5 Plus is coming to the U.S., and will be priced from $229.
