Beyoncé Cancels Coachella Performance, Plans To Perform At 2018 Festival

The canceled performance is leaving fans super disappointed and wondering who will replace Beyonce, but they're also anxious about Beyonce's health.

Beyonce has decided that she is not able to headline the Coachella Festival in April due to her being pregnant with twins. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes.

Cameras spotted Bey with hip-hop husband Jay Z and daughter Blue Ivy at last Sunday's NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans. She was scheduled to sing at the festival on April 15 and 22, the two Saturdays of the event. She will instead headline in 2018.

Other performers at this year's Coachella include headliners Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar, as well as Lorde, the xx and Bon Iver.

In a statement to the Associated Press on Thursday, Beyonce's Parkwood Entertainment and festival producer Goldenvoice explained why the star had to withdraw from her commitment. As we first reported, she's still planning to play Coachella in April, but still NOT revealing how many months along she is.

News of Bey's cancellation comes right after her buzzworthy performance at the Grammy Awards earlier this month. However, Beyonce did appear at the festival in 2014, when she came out on stage and danced during sister Solange's set.

All tickets to the 2017 Coachella festival sold out within three hours of going on sale on January 3.

As for now, Coachella is said to be trying to find a replacement, according to reports.
