Mugabe has been running the country since independence 37-years ago, and is not showing any plans of stepping down soon.

He said he agreed with Trump's stance of "America for Americans" saying it was also "Zimbabwe for Zimbabweans".

Grace Mugabe, 51, was addressing a rally in Buhera in eastern Zimbabwe when she made the comments.

"I was surprised by his election, but I did not like Madam Clinton to win either", Mr Mugabe told ZBCTv, the reported. If you want Mugabe to go, then you leave together.

However, his wife Grace Mugabe who is seen as a possible successor if the president finally decides to retire had earlier stated that the citizens will still vote her husband's corpse even when he is dead. But recent statements by the party's youth leader, who is closely associated to her, that Mugabe should only be replaced by a Mugabe has fueled speculation that she could be positioning herself to take power.

ROBERT MUGABE has spoken out in support of President Donald Trump, saying that he should be given a chance to prove himself.

Mugabe's reign has been characterised by economic crisis and sanctions which he has repeatedly blamed on western powers plotting to overthrow his regime. They say: 'When will this old man die?

Cde Chipanga said the Youth League will follow President Mugabe's footsteps.

"I don't want to be told that by a person who started with the president in 1980".

He added: "I don't know whether the construction of the wall between America and Mexico is feasible.it appears quite nasty". Nationwide protests broke out a year ago, rallied via social media.

In the broadcast, Mugabe also expressed admiration for Donald Trump and his nationalist policies.

Mugabe's birthday party will be held next Saturday in the Matopos, near Bulawayo. But many thought the wall was to keep out Zimbabwe migrants.
