While it certainly isn't a new Lenovo smartphone, it does come with an upgraded internal storage, which is now 64GB, instead of 32GB.
You may recall that previous year Lenovo had launched Vibe K5 Note in two variants of 3GB RAM, 32GB of internal memory at Rs. 11,999 and 4GB variant with 32GB storage at Rs. 14,499.
The upgraded version with 64GB storage will start selling on Flipkart on February 21, 2017 onwards at mid-night at Rs. 13,499. Sporting 4GB of RAM, the 64GB inbuilt storage variant has been priced at Rs. 13,499. Multimedia fans can now store over 15,000 songs and more than 70 hi-definition movies directly on the device. It packs a 64-bit octa-core processor (MediaTek Helio P10) clocked at 1.8GHz, paired with 4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal memory. The front shooter bears 8-megapixel for video calling and selfies along with 77.4-degree wide-angle lens. It comes with dual SIM dual standby options using the hybrid SIM slot where the user can either opt for a secondary SIM or a MicroSD card. This phone gets its juice from large 3500mAh battery. In the audio department, the main highlight is Dolby ATMOS support. It packed with 3GB and 4GB of RAM variants with 32GB ROM.
For connectivity, the K5 Note supports 4G LTE (all Indian bands), Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB etc. The device looks nearly same as its predecessor with the curved metal body. There is a 16MP rear camera with PDAF and an 8MP selfie camera. It offers the TheaterMax 3.0 for viewing the VR content with widescreen cinematic experience.
