Blackburn vs Man Utd, FA Cup

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho says he has learned from "throwing away" FA Cup games in the past and will not make that mistake at Blackburn Rovers in the fifth round on Sunday.

"I am going to change a few players, but am going with a good team because I respect the competition a lot and Manchester United demands that you go serious to every game". We're on a good run of form and so are they, so I think it'll be a good game.

"For me there are still negatives and when he scores he gets the headlines but when he doesn't he's not involved in enough play".

"But we'll go there confident and to win the game". The Blackburn fans were desperate to get hold of the United supporter and there was no doubt what they wanted to do to him.

Victory spared Mourinho a dreaded replay in an already congested calendar as his team battle on four fronts and sent the holders into a last-eight clash with his former employers at Stamford Bridge.

The FA Cup quarter-final matches are set to be played on weekend of 10th-13th March.

Pogba and Ibrahimovic were introduced and they duly showed why Mourinho entrusted the visitors' fate to them, as the Pogba set up the inform Swedish striker for a 75th-minute victor.

Liam Feeney flashed an effort across the face of goal as play switched to the other end, before United's substitutes combined to give their side the lead 15 minutes from time.

"I think we deserved to win, but I think Blackburn probably also deserved to go to Old Trafford", Mourinho added. Everyone knows they are quality players and they did what their team needed them to do.

"Normally it is because of attitude because you think it is easy and it is not easy".

"With the accumulation of FA Cup, League Cup and matches postponed, it is really hard for us", the Portuguese handler said.
