'Not My President' protests planned in multiple cities during Presidents Day weekend

Protesters are then expected to march to 6th and Market streets and then return to Thomas Paine Plaza. Numerous actions organized in cities across the USA call to impeach the new president.

Activists against Donald Trump have organized protests across the country including Los Angeles, Chicago, and NY, in the latest round of demonstrations to oppose President Trump's policies. Across the country as well as in Atlanta, demonstrators are planning a massive march on President's Day.

"We do not agree with the hateful policies they are putting into place that further marginalise these communities", Ramsey was quoted as saying.

Two event pages have been set up for the event - found here and here - which show that about 350 people are expected to attend.

"Stand up for your rights", said the description for the event.

Other protests include one in Los Angeles, outside of City Hall at 9 a.m.to 1 p.m.

Another rally that is expected to take place on Monday in Chicago is claimed to be aimed at uniting the people.

- New York, where protesters are asked to wear all black in an attempt for the protest to seem like a mock-funeral. The President brought in roughly 9,000 people to an aircraft hangar in Melbourne.

Trump has also proposed a wall be built across the United States border with Mexico.

In Dallas on Friday, high school students walked out to protest Trump's immigration policies.

"Not My President's Day' marches and demonstrations to resist and defy the Trump Whitehouse agenda are scheduled on Monday across the nation's greatest cities".
