Up until now, Huawei has launched the Honor 8, Honor 8 Smart and Honor 8 Lite smartphones. I have used it quite a bit on the Huawei Mate 9 (similar specs to this reported Honor 8 Pro) and I never ran into any issues on the software side.
Huawei Honor V9 has a dual camera setup at its rear - like the Honor P9 - with two 12-megapixel sensors. According to report online, this is an upgrade to its existing Honor 8 smartphone. The Honor V9 AKA Honor 8 Pro was recently spotted on Chinese telecom certification site, TENAA. We will be attending the company's MWC 2017 press event on February 26 and will get first-hand information on all of the company's big news and reveals, so keep it here for all of the news from Barcelona. This device is the worldwide variant of the Honor V9, rumored to be launched on February 21 in China.
Since the Huawei Honor 6X will be available on a flash sale, be sure to register for the event as well as be available on February 23 starting 2 PM local time. Even the on-board storage is likely to vary between 64 GB to 128 GB and it will come with an option for memory expansion via a microSD card.
Size-wise, the Honor V9 has a 5.7 inch display with a competitive resolution of 515 pixels per inch density. It's said that the new phone will be released sometime in March.
The software on board is Android Marshmallow, but an update to Android 7.0 Nougat will be out this coming month, with the beta already rolling out.
Huawei Honor 8 Pro will be powered by an octa-core processor clocked at 2.4GHz. The phone comes with 4GB RAM and 32GB of on board storage (expandable to 256GB). The impending smartphone may also have an 8MP front-facing camera. It is backed up by a 3900 mAh battery.
