Deadline reports there's a Tom Brady book and movie in the works, chronicling the quarterback's turbulent two-year ride from Deflategate to Super Bowl LI. That bestselling book was made into the Mark Wahlberg-starring movie Patriots Day, and Tamasy and Johnson used the book as the basis for the film, which they also executive produced. Brady was suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season following a drawn-out investigation and litigation of his case, which ended when an appeals court found NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was within his rights in the ban.
"Putting politics aside it never really was a political thing - at least it never was for me", Brady told NBC Sports.
The winningest quarterback in National Football League history says he plans to play at least two more seasons, maybe more. That enables me to play 99 plays (in Super Bowl LI, the most of his career in one game) as a 39-year-old in the last game of the season.
"Given what it might do for him from a morale perspective", said Dr. Jonathan Martin, Schoenhardt's surgeon, "I said, 'Why not?'" I also feel like it's important to note that Tamasy was a writer for the excellent late 1990s/early 2000s Air Bud films.
The five-time Super Bowl champ has been friends with President Donald Trump for years. The Patriots scored the final 31 points after trailing 28-3 in the third quarter, with Brady setting a number of all-time records along the way. Tom Brady won his fifth Super Bowl and his fourth MVP.
