Recent complaints on Apple's support forums have revealed that an iOS 10 carrier settings update is posing problems for iPhone users on the T-Mobile network the United States, causing them to lose their cellular connection in locations where a signal should otherwise be available. The latest features were to add various new functionalities and make the productivity of the devices by Apple to rise.
"We experienced a brief issue with the software update process, affecting a small number of users during the first hour of availability", an Apple spokesperson said in a statement. "Anyone who was affected should connect to iTunes to complete the update or contact AppleCare for help". After connecting the iPhone to iTunes on her laptop, she had to restore the phone from a backup to fix the problem. There were several journalists who also posted on social media explaining the issues with the latest update.
Now, T-Mobile subscribers, specifically with iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPhone SE units, are reporting lack of connectivity issues after switching to iOS 10.

On the iPad side, iOS 10 will work with all iPad Air and iPad Pro models, the 4th-generation iPad, and the iPad mini 2 and later. iOS 10 will also work with Apple's sixth-generation iPod Touch. The new operating system will come built in the newly unveiled iPhone 7, and its bigger variant iPhone 7 Plus. But owners of older iPhones and iPads could download and install the update starting on Tuesday.
