The photo that has convinced Michael Jackson fans he's alive

Paris Jackson, Micheal's 18-year-old daughter from his marriage to nurse Debbie Rowe, posted the vehicle selfie earlier this year on the photo-sharing site.

Many conspiracy theorists said they could see Michael's fedora in the background of the picture.

"Michael in the back?" another asked.

"Is that Michael in the back of the vehicle?" one fan commented.

The video ends with a zoomed in version of the photo, bringing what appears to be the Billie Jean singer's face into focus.

The video - called "Michael Jackson appears after seven years (2016) with proof" - claims that the superstar could be hiding out in Canada or Africa.

A video on YouTube titled "SHOCK! I don't even know what there is to say to articulate how ridiculous this is. must be upsetting for Paris to read these comments", another fan commented. They document "sightings" of the pop star and offer theories about how he possibly faked his death and why he would have done such a thing.

HollywoodLifers, do you think Michael Jackson's spirit still lives with us all?

Michael Jackson was 50 when he died in 2009, shortly before he was scheduled to launch a comeback with a series of concerts in London's 02 Arena.

Paris, 18, posted a photo on Instagram which has sparked theories that her father, who died in 2009 is actually alive and well.

But others weren't so convinced and accused the video's creator of using Photoshop.

Users have commented on the video, which has been viewed more than 350,000 times, expressing their speculations.
