Disney's Live-Action 'Beauty and the Beast' Releases Behind-the-Scenes Photos

The live remake is coming to theatres March 2017. We haven't seen much other than a tease for the movie yet, but now we finally have our first good look at two beloved characters from the upcoming movie. But now, the first images from the Beauty and the Beast film have been released and they are lovely. Filming for the live-action "Beauty and the Beast" took place in May 2015 and wrapped up in a matter of three months.

In April of 2014, it was announced that Walt Disney Pictures would begin development on the new film and we couldn't be more excited. We know Emma Watson plays Belle.

Credited as a co-producer for the film, Jack Morrissey released some images last Friday on his Facebook. However, this look for these characters might not be the final design.

The first teaser for Bill Condon's live-action Beauty and the Beast was a gorgeous, but empty view of the Beast's castle.

The movie isn't out until next year but we have already had glimpses at Emma Watson as Belle, and Lumiere and Cogsworth voiced by Ewan McGregor and Ian McKellen.

Another image has also surfaced, which appears to be a scene from rehearsal, which shows Luke Evans' Gaston in the middle of a dance scene.

Eight-time Oscar victor Alan Menken, who actually won two of those awards for this animated version of the movie, returns with three new songs.
