Microsoft Surface Phone Starting From Scratch

The Apple vs Microsoft feud has never been a secret. Although Microsoft has yet to confirm it, a late 2016 introduction is highly possible, since Microsoft will most likely release its new lineups at the same time as Apple's rumored MacBooks launch. And it has always been a question of who's better at what. This is good news for Microsoft, considering the fact that the Surface Pro 5 is also unlikely to see a 2016 release.

According to a report by Game N Guide, Microsoft is building up the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 to host better specs than the laptop's predecessor (which was already well-reviewed by costumers and critics alike).

The Surface Book packs features that the MacBook Pro, regardless of version, just can't pull off. Obviously, the Surface Pro 5 will not get the Kaby Lake if Microsoft pushes hard for a late 2016 release. Ultra HD display with 4K capability can also be expected, alongside gaming graphics processor AMD Polaris or NVIDIA Pascal. Furthermore, the Surface Book 2 will also give users the added benefit of working with the device's Surface Pen which can prove to be very handy while designing and inputting data. An OLED strip capable of touch interaction will sit above the keyboard of the new MacBook. It might use the Intel Skylake platform, and it could come with fingerprint scanning technology as well.

The freebies you'll receive when purchasing the Surface Pro 4 depends on the model you choose to buy.

Nonetheless, both these devices offer materials of the highest standard and top of the class body chassis.

Regarding Surface Phone's display sizes, most rumors claim that at least one Surface Phone unit will feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED display. This is a welcome improvement for Surface Pro fans since most of the negative feedback for the previous lineup iterations have to do with the mediocre battery life. Meanwhile, MacBook Pro is rumored to be released in October.

Rumor has it that MacBook Pro 2016 can have a stylus support.
